B.l.t. Pizza
Yield: 15 servings
Ingredients and directions for this recipe
2 1/2 kg Pizza dough
1 1/2 Litres tomato sauce
1 1/2 kg Mozzarella
1 1/2 kg Fresh tomato sliced
750 g Lettuce leaves
500 ml Mayonnaise
700 g Bacon
Giuliano Gasali of the Grand Formosa Regent Hotel Taipei.
Panfry bacon cut into 1 cm squares. Dry after frying. Spread dough,
top with tomato sauce, mozzarella, fresh sliced tomato and the bacon.
Cook. Top with lettuce coated with mayonnaise. Serve.
