Cabbage And Beef Casserole
Yield: 1 servings
Ingredients and directions for this recipe
1 sm Head Cabbage
1 lb Ground beef
1 cn Tomato soup
1 c Water
1/2 c Uncooked rice
1 sm Onion -- chopped
1 ts Salt
1 tb Oil
Shred cabbage and put in bottom of casserole dish. Combine oil and
onions in a Dutch oven. Saute until tender and add ground meat, cook
until meat begins to brown. Add rice, soup, water, mix well, then
pour over cabbage. Do not stir. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 350~.
