Cape Beaujolais' Fine Fish Marinade

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

-----------------------FOR POULTRY, LAMB, FISH-----------------------
1/2 c Dry white wine
1/2 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Water
2 tb Light brown sugar
1 Small white onion; minced
1 Small garlic clove; crushed
1/8 ts Hot pepper sauce
1/4 ts Freshly ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/2 cups
