Chipotle Chile Oil

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

2 Chipotle chiles
6 Cloves garlic; peeled
1 pt Olive oil
2 Sprigs fresh rosemary

2 chipotles and 6 peeled cloves of garlic in 1 pt olive oil (soak peppers
in hot water for 20 minutes). Add 2 sprigs fresh rosemary. Let steep in a
cool, dark place (not the fridge) for at least a week before using.
