Chipotle Paste #1
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients and directions for this recipe
1 cn (8-oz) Chipotle chiles in
-adobo
4 Cloves garlic
1 Lime; juice of
2 tb Olive oil
You can use this paste as a marinade or blend with yogurt, sour cream or
mayo to use as a spread.
Puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Place in a clean
glass jar, cover & store in refrigerator.
