Citrus Salad Dressing - Country Living

Yield: 1 cup

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

1/3 c Lemon juice 1 t Dry mustard
1/3 c Orange juice 1/4 t Salt
1/3 c Olive oil Ribbon (opt.)
2 T Honey

1. In 2-C measuring cup or small howl, with wire whisk, combine lemon
juice, orange juice, oil, honey, mustard, and salt until well mixed.

2. Pour salad dressing through a funnel into a bottle. Cover, label,
and store in the refrigerator. For a gift, tie bottle with a ribbon
and bow, if desired.
