Citrus Slaw

Yield: 5 cups

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

1 c Light or Cholesterol Free
: Reduced Calorie Mayonnaise
1/2 c Frozen Orange Juice
: Concentrate Thawed
2 ts Sugar
3/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
6 c Shredded Red or Green
: -Cabbage
2 cs Shredded Carrots
1 Green Pepper thinly sliced
1/3 c Golden Raisins (optional)

Combine mayonnaise, orange juice concentrate, sugar, salt and pepper.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover, chill. Makes about 5 cups.
