Cloud Covering For Grapes
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients and directions for this recipe
1 lb Seedless red flame grapes
1 Container (8-ounce) vanilla
-yogurt or sour cream
1/4 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Toasted pine nuts; optional
Rinse grapes. Remove grapes from stems and place in individual serving
dishes. Sprinklle grapes with toasted pine nuts, if using. Spoon yogurt or
sour cream over grapes; sprinkle with brown sugar. Put in refrigerator for
at least 30 minutes for sugar to 'melt'. Serves 4.
Note: Toast pine nuts by placing in a medium saucepan for 4-5 minutes over
medium heat, stirring or shaking pan occasionally.
