Cocktail Water Chestnuts
Yield: 3 servings
Ingredients and directions for this recipe
8 1/2 oz Can of water chestnuts 12 sl Bacon, halved
Save 1/2 cup of liquid 1/4 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Vinegar 1/4 c Catsup
Marinate chestnuts in liquid and vinegar for 1 hour. Drain. Mix
brown sugar and catsup; then spread on bacon. Roll chestnuts in
bacon. Fasten with toothpicks. Broil unti bacon is crisp. Randy Rigg
