Crick's Seitan Sausage
Yield: 16 patties
Ingredients and directions for this recipe
---------------------GRIND IN BLENDER OR PROCESS---------------------
8 oz Seitan (2 cups)
COMBINE IN A BOWL WITH
5 tb Soy flour 1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Safflower oil 1/2 ts Dry mustard
2 ts Sage 1/2 ts Red pepper; crushed
Shape into 2" patties. Pan fry on both sides until browned or even
bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
