Crisp Coating Mix

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

3 c Corn flake crumbs
1 c Wheat germ
1/2 c Sesame seeds
4 Teasp dried parsley --
Crushed
1 tb Paprika
2 ts Salt (opt)
1 ts Dry mustard
1 ts Celery salt
1 ts Onion powder
1/2 ts Ground pepper

USE WITH RECIPES IN CHICKEN & PORK In a large bowl, combine all
ingredients. Stir with a wire shisk until evenly distributed. Pour into a
5-cup container with a tight-fitting lid. Seal container. Label with date
and contents. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 2 months. YIELD:
About 4-1/2 cups Crisp Coating Mix.
