Farmer's Cay Flambe

Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

1 Ripe banana
1 oz Concentrated orange juice
1/2 oz Fresh orange juice
1/2 oz Banana Rum
Vanilla ice cream

Peel and slice banana lengthwise. In a copper pot, heta the concentrated
and fresh orange juice. Add to bananas. Pour orange juice and banana rum
over banana and ignite. Serve with icecream.
