Fish With Lemon & Thyme
Yield: 1 servings
Ingredients and directions for this recipe
3 Lemons 1 t Salt
1/2 t Pepper 1/2 t Dried thyme
1 1/2 lb Fish fillets 2 T Butter
Squeeze 1/2 cup lemon juice from lemons. Combine the juice, salt
pepper and thyme in a shallow dish. Add the fish & turn to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times.
Drain the fish and brush with melted butter and place on preheated
grill. Broil until opaque throughout. Makes 4 servings
