Fish With Spinach Souffle
Yield: 3 servings
Ingredients and directions for this recipe
1 Frozen spinach souffle 1 cn Cream of chicken soup
4 Fish fillets 4 oz Cheddar cheese, grated
I credit this recipe to Mary Brent, once director of the New Beginning
Center that I used to volunteer at.
Thaw spinach souffle, halfway. cut into 4 pieces. wrap a fillet
around each piece of souffle. Place in a greased 8 x 8" baking dish.
Pour soup over the top. Sprinkle cheese on top of soup. Bake in 350
degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
