Fondue Cheese Muffins

Yield: 12 Servings

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

1 Egg
1 c Milk
3 tb Melted margarine
3 tb Kirsch
1 c Grated gruyeye cheese
1 Clove garlic crushed
1/2 ts Nutmeg
3 ts Baking powder
2 c Flour

Preheat oven to 375F, prepare pans. Put the first 4 ingredients into a
bowl & mix well. Add the remaining ingredients & blend until just mixed.
Spoon into pans & bake for 15-20 mins. Makes 12 muffins.
