Gabriel's Waffle House Spaghetti
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients and directions for this recipe
3 tb Olive Oil 1 cn (16 Oz) Tomatoes
2 Cloves Garlic -- chopped 1 cn Tomato Soup (10 1/2 Oz)
3 md Onions -- chopped 1 ts Cinnamon
1 cn (6 Oz) Tomato Paste 2 ts Chili Powder
1 lb Lean Ground Beef Salt And Pepper -- to taste
Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add garlic and onions and cook until
onions are golden brown. Add tomato paste and mix well. Add ground
beef and cook until meat is well done. Add tomatoes, soup, cinnamon,
chili powder, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Cook
spaghetti and drain well. Cover each serving of spaghetti with sauce
and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Makes 6 servings.
