Gado Gado Sauce

Yield: 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

1/2 c Peanut butter 2 tb Soy sauce
3/4 c Water; hot; to 1 cup 2 lg Garlic cloves; minced
1 ts Red chili pepper; crushed 1/2 ts Lemon juice; freshly squeezd
2 tb Molasses, dark

Combine peanut butter and hot water in small saucepan. Stir in chili
pepper, molasses, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice; simmer 10
minutes. This is excellent as a dip or can be served over vegetables.
