Gado-gado

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

1 c Chopped onion
2 md Cloves crushed garlic
1 c Peanut butter
1 tb Honey
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
1 ts To 2 ts freshly-grated
-ginger root
1 Bay leaf
1 Tablespoons cider vinegar
3 c Water
1/2 To 1 tsp salt
1 ds Of dark soy sauce

In a saucepan, cook the onions, garlic, bay leaf and ginger in a little
butter. When onion becomes translucent add remaining ingredients. Mix
thoroughly. Simmer on lowest possible heat 30 minutes, stirring
occasionally.
