Genovese Pesto Sauce
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients and directions for this recipe
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
2 c Coarsely chopped basil
-leaves, packed
Coarse salt
1/4 tb Pine nuts
3 tb Parmesan cheese
1/2 c Olive oil, (up to 1/3)
In a food processor, pound the garlic, basil, pinch salt, pine nuts and
cheeses into a paste. Gradually blend in olive oil; adjust seasoning.
