Gilbertini

Yield: 3 servings

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

2 lb Italian sausage 1/4 c Parmesan cheese
3 c Mixed noodles, cooked 1 ts Oregano
Spirals, pinwheels, etc. Salt to taste
3 c Chicken bouillon/broth Pepper to taste
6 tb Flour 2 pk Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Brown and drain sausage. To thicken bouillon/broth, mix with flour;
add salt and pepper and oregano. Add sausage to gravy. Layer in a
9x13 inch pan the noodles, gravy mixture and mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers, as necessary. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350
degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes. Randy Rigg
