Gingered Turnips

Yield: 3 servings

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

2 lb Turnips, peeled and cubed 1/2 ts Ground ginger
1/4 c Beef stock 2 ts Soy sauce
1/2 ts Sugar

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, simmer until turnips are
tender (15 minutes). Drain, mash until fluffy, adding cooking liquid
