Green Vegetable Stir-fry
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients and directions for this recipe
1 tb Oil
1 Onion; sliced
1 tb John West Ginger Garlic &
Shallots Stir-Fry Mix
2 ts John West Green Curry Paste
6 c Assorted sliced green
-vegetables
For example broccoli;
-snowpeas,
Beans; spinach
1 tb Thai fish sauce
2 ts John West Coriander
2 tb Finely shredded kaffir lime
-leaves; optional
Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over a medium heat. Add onion,
stir-fry mix and curry paste and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add green
vegetables and toss over the heat for 2 to 3 minutes, until bright green.
Add fish sauce and coriander, mix well and toss over the heat for I to 2
minutes. Serve with rice, stir-fries, or simple meat dishes.
