Greens With Dijonnaise Vinaigrette

Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

2 tb Light mayonnaise
2 tb Red wine vinegar
1 tb Dijon mustard
1 Clove Garlic
pn Salt, pepper and granulated
Sugar
3 tb Olive oil
14 c Assorted greens

In small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar,
mustard, garlic, salt, pepper and sugar. Gradually whisk in olive oil.
(Dressing can be covered and refrigerated for up to 4 hours. Whisk to
recombine.) Place greens in salad bowl. Pour dressing on top; toss gently
to coat.
