Haitian Hot Pepper Sauce
Yield: 1 servings
Ingredients and directions for this recipe
3 ea Habanero or 6 Serrano 1 c Finely chopped onions
-chiles, stems removed, 3 ea Cloves garlic, minced
-chopped 1/2 t Turmeric
1/2 c Papaya, chopped 1/4 c Malt vinegar
1/2 c Raisins
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil, stirring
constantly. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes. Place mixture in
