Honey Of A Whole Wheat Bread

1 pk Yeast; (1 1/2 tsp)
2 c Bread flour; (1 1/3 c)
1 c Whole-wheat flour; (2/3
-cups)
2 ts Salt; (1 1/2 tsp)
1 tb Butter; Cool, Cut In Pcs,

--2 T--
1/4 c Honey; 80 deg,(2 T)
1 c Milk; 80 deg,(1/3 c)
1/3 c Water; 80 deg,(1/3 c)
1 Egg; room temp,(1)

SETTING: White Bread, Medium or Light (I use Light)
10 o'clock

The sweet, nutty flavor of honey and whole wheat makes this tasty loaf
special. (This is our second "standard" sandwich bread.)
