I Yam What I Yam Bread

Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

FOR 1 1/2 POUND LOAF
1/2 c Milk
1 Egg
1/2 c Drained & chopped canned
-yams
3 c Bread flour
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 tb Butter or margerine
2 tb Brown sugar
1/3 c Mini marshmallows
1 1/2 ts Yeast Welbilt/Dak machines
-(use 2 tsp. yeast)

FOR 1 POUND LOAF
3/8 c Milk
1 Egg
1/4 c Drained & chopped canned
-yams
2 c Bread flour
1 ts Salt
1 tb Butter or margerine
1 tb Brown sugar
1/4 c Mini marshmallows
1 1/2 ts Yeast Welbilt/Dak machines
-(use 2 tsp. yeast)

Here is a great one for the bread machine. It comes out so soft and fresh.
This one is a big hit!

FROM: BREAD MACHINE MAGIC Linda Rehberg & Lois Conway

Place all ingredients in bread pan and press start. After baking cycle
ends, remove from bread pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool one hour
before slicing. CRUST: REGULAR MENUE SELECTION: BAKE
