Ktsitsot (superior Meatballs)

2 lb Ground beef
2 Potatoes, peeled -- boiled
And mashed
1 Zucchini -- finely grated
2 Stalks celery -- finely
2 tb Flour
1 tb Cooking oil
3 lg Eggs -- slightly beaten
Bread crumbs
2 c Warmed beef bouillon
Oil or margarine

* Ktsitsot means chopped in Hebrew Mix all except the beaten egg, the
bread crumbs and the bouillon. Form medium sized meatballs and roll
each in bread crumbs. Dip them in the beaten egg and dry them in the
heatedoil or magarine, turning them to brown on all sides. When they
