La Choy Orange Festival Chicken
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients and directions for this recipe
1 c Orange juice
1/4 c La Choy Soy Sauce
1/4 c Olive oil
3 tb Honey
1 tb Dijon mustard
1 tb Grated orange peel
1 1/2 ts Garlic powder
1 1/2 ts Ground ginger
1 1/2 lb Chicken pieces
Orange slices (opt)
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for chicken and orange
slices; mix well. Add chicken, cover and marinate in refrigerator for
at least 2 hours. Place chicken on grill over medium-hot coals.
Grill, basting occasionally with marinade and turning often, for
about 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Discard any
remaining marinade. Garnish with orange slices if desired.
