Lexington Barbecue Dip
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients and directions for this recipe
3/4 c Distilled white or cider
-vinegar
3/4 c Ketchup
3/4 ts Red pepper flakes; crushed
Salt and pepper; to taste
1 ts Sugar
1/4 c Water
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Cook,
stirring, until the sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat and let stand until cool. Spoon sauce over barbequed meats
or poultry.
