Lf Granola

Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

7 c Oats (reg. or quick) (up to
-8)
1 c Grape-nuts cereal
1 c Raisins (up to 2)
1/2 c Chopped dates and/or other
-dried fruits
1/4 c Honey, warmed (up to 1/3)
1 Jar (10 oz) apricot
-preserves
2 ts Vanilla
1 ts Cinnamon, optional (up to 2)
1/2 c Apple juice, optional (makes
-it crunchier)

Stir together oats, cereal, raising and dates.

Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl and then pour over above
mixture.

Spread on 2 cookie sheets sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for about 30 min.
Stir every five min. and change racks. Cool completely before storing.

Notes: I like to leave big clumps in this. It is tasty alone, as cereal,
over yogurt, on nf cottage cheese with fruit.
