Low-fat Tomato Sauce

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

1 tb Olive oil
1 Onion -- chopped
20 ml Garlic -- minced
2 tb Parsley -- minced
4 c Plum tomatoes -- crushed
1/4 sm Green pepper -- chopped

Put all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for about 45 minutes.
