Ma Grenier's Broccoli Cheese Casserole
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients and directions for this recipe
2 Boxes frozen chopped 2 Rows Ritz crackers
-broccoli 1 Stick butter, melted
1 lb Velveeta, cubed
Cook broccoli halfway, drain well. Mix with Velveeta. Place in a
lightly buttered casserole dish. Crush crackers and mix with butter.
Spread over top of broccoli. Bake at 350 until the cheese is melted
and is nicely browned
