Malka's Low-fat Kishke Parave

Yield: 10 -12

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

2 3 carrots; grated
1 lg Onion; grated
1 ts Pepper
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Ground sage
1 Chicken bullion cube; broken
-up or 4 Tbsp. parave
-chicken soup powder, (opt.
-- I don't use this anymore,
-too much salt)
1 c Flour; (3/4 c.cake meal for
-Pesach)
1 c Matza meal
1 Egg or 1/4 c. egg substitute
1/4 c Oil

preheat oven to 350o F.

1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a bowl; mix well.

2. Add last two; mix well.

3. Shape into long "snake".

4. Wrap in greased foil and place on baking sheet.

5. Bake 45 min.
