Mexican Macaroni Salad

Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

-Pam Coombes
1 c Hellman's Real Mayonnaise
1/3 c Skim milk
2 ts Instant chopped onion
1 ts Salt
1 ts Chili powder
1/8 ts Garlic powder
6 dr Hot pepper sauce
1 8oz pkg elbow macaroni,
Cooked & drained
1 16oz can red kidney beans,
Well drained
1 c Diced part-skim Mozzarella
Cheese (4oz)

In a large bowl stir together first 7 ingredients. Add remaining
ingredients; toss to coat well. Cover; Chill at least 2 hours.
