Mexican Meatballs

Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

1 lb Ground beef
3 tb Canned diced green chilis
2 tb Chopped parsley
1 Clove garlic minced
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Oregano

Mix all ingredients together and shape into 1 1/2" balls.
