Molasses Crumb Cake

Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

3 c Flour
1 c Brown sugar
2 ts Baking soda
1 c Molasses; (baking-Brer)
1/2 c Soft butter
2 Eggs
1 c Cold water
1/2 c Hot water

-CRUMBS-
3/4 c Flour
1/2 c Sugar
2 tb Butter

Mix first 7 ingredients listed in same bowl. Add hot water, mix again. Line
a 9? by 13? pan with aluminum foil and bake at 350? for 40 minutes or until
done.

Crumbs: Mix together until crumbly. *Sprinkle on cake BEFORE baking.
