Oatmeal Surprise Cookies

Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

1 c Brown sugar
1 c White sugar
1 c Shortening
2 Eggs
1 ts Soda
1 ts Cream of tartar
1 c Flour
3 c Oatmeal
2 c Corn flakes
1 c Coconut
1/2 lb Blanched peanuts, (or any
-kind of nuts)

Cream sugars and shortening. Add eggs, soda, and cream of tartar. Also add
flour, oatmeal, corn flakes, coconut and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for
10-12 minutes. Use a greased baking sheet. Use 1 teaspoon of dough shaped
like a ball
