Pa. Dutch Potato Filling

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

FROM: PINE GROVE, PA
6 ea Potatoes 1 c Butter
1/2 c Warm milk 1 lg Onion
3 ea Ribs celery with tops 3 ea - 4 slices white bread
Parsley -toasted
ds Of Sage, optional And cubed
3 ea Eggs

Cook potatoes and mash. Add milk and eggs. Instant mashed potatoes
may be used. Simmer celery, onion and parsley in butter until clear.
Add bread to mixture and toss. Fold into the potatoes and serve or
bake in casserole at 350 F. or until crust forms on top. Freezes
well.
