Pecan Balls #2
Yield: 16 Servings
Ingredients and directions for this recipe
1 c Butter
4 tb Sugar
2 ts Vanilla
2 c Flour
2 c Ground pecans
Confectioner's sugar
Cream butter until soft; add sugar until creamy. Add vanilla. Stir flour
and pecans into mixture. Roll dough into small balls and put on greased
cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar
while hot and again when cold.
