Plantation Pecan Pie

Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

3 ea Eggs
1 c Dark corn or cane syrup
1/2 c Sugar
1/4 c Butter or Margarine, melted
1 ts Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 c Pecan halves
1 ea Nine-inch unbaked pie crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in
syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla. Stir in pecans. Pour in crust.
Bake, uncovered, 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted about 1-1/2
inches from edge comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
