Quick Beef And Vegetable Stir-fry

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

1 Beef; (1-pound) top round
-steak, thinly sliced
1/2 c A.1. SWEET & TANGY or
-Original Steak Sauce
1/4 c Soy sauce
1 1/2 tb Cornstarch
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 Bag; (16-ounce) frozen mixed
-vegetables
3/4 c COLLEGE INN Beef Broth

Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes

1. Mix beef, steak sauce, soy sauce and cornstarch until well coated. Drain
beef, reserving steak sauce mixture.

2. Cook and stir beef in hot oil in large skillet for 2 to 3 minutes. Add
vegetables, reserved steak sauce mixture and beef broth; heat to a boil.
Reduce heat, simmer 1 minute.
