Quick Biscuit Mix

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

2 3/4 c Wheat flour
1/2 c Soy flour; 2 T
1 1/4 ts -salt
1/2 c Inst dry milk;less 1 T
2 1/2 tb Baking powder
1 c Wheat germ

Combine all ingredients store in sealed container.

Makes 5 c
