Rowe's Strawberry Griddle Cakes

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

1 1/2 c Sifted flour 3/4 c Milk
4 ts Baking powder 1 ts Butter -- melted
3 tb Sugar 1 c Fresh strawberries --
1/2 ts Salt Sliced
2 Eggs -- beaten

In large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Combine eggs and milk and stir into dry ingredients only enough to
moisten batter. Add melted butter and strawberries. Fry on hot
griddle. Serve with syrup and butter.
