Roy's It's A Dilly Bread

Yield: 2 Servings

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Dry yeast
1/2 tb Butter or margarine
1/2 c Warm water
1 tb Dill weed
1/2 c Cottage cheese (heated
-to warm)
1 tb Sugar
1 sm Egg
1/2 c Minced onion
2 c Sifted bread flour
1/2 ts Soda

Follow the instructions that came with your machine.

Try adding molasses, part wheat and part white flour or beer instead
of water. Most changes will work just fine. Don't worry, just
experiment.
