Sophisticated Blue Cheese Ball

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

1 c (8 oz.) Sargento Part-Skim
-Ricotta Cheese
1 c (4 oz.) Sargento Crumbled
-Blue Cheese
1 c (4 oz.) Sargento Fancy
-Supreme Shredded Mild
-Cheddar Cheese
1/4 c Madeira wine or Sherry
3 tb Butter or margarine;
-softened
2 tb Minced green onion
1/2 ts Hot pepper sauce
1/2 c Finely chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients except pecans in small bowl of electric mixer. Mix
on medium speed until well blended. Chill 1 hour. Shape into ball; roll in
pecans.
