Sorbet And Berry Salad

3 md Nectarines, peeled and 1 tb Lemon juice
-Sliced 1 c Blueberries or blackberries
1/3 c Water 1 c Strawberries
1/4 c Sugar

Place nectarines, water, sugar and lemon juice in blender or food processor
Cover and blend on high speed, or process, until smooth. Pour int loaf pan,
9 X 5 X 3 inches. Cover and freeze about 2 hours or until almost firm.Break
nectarine mixture into chunks into bowl. Beat on low speed about 2 minutes
or until smooth. Pour into loaf pan. Freeze about 4 hours or until almost
firm.Scoop nectarine mixture onto individual plates. Arrange berries around
mixture. 6 SERVINGS (ABOUT 1/3 CUP EACH); 75 CALORIES PER SERVING.
