Sorbet Of Melon
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients and directions for this recipe
1 Melon (1.5 kgs)
1 Lemon; juice of
50 g Sugar
2 Leaves of fresh mint
-(hierbabuena-so aromatic
-[good also for tea if
-someone has been to
-Morocco]) (up to 3)
(simple but we are in season of melon -yellow one)
Procedure: Peel the melon and clean the seeds Grind all together. -some
mint leaves chopped apart- Add the chopped mint and put in freezer for a 3
hours.
