Spinach Pom Poms
Yield: 1 servings
Ingredients and directions for this recipe
2 ea 10oz pkgs frozen spinach
16 pk Stove top stuffing
1 c Grated parmesan cheese
ds Of nutmeg
6 ea Eggs, beaten
3/4 c Margarine, softened
Thaw spinach and squeeze out excess water. Combine remaining
ingredients. Shape into walnut sized balls. (Can be frozen at this
stage) Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes. Makes about 65 appetizers.
