Stuffed Mushrooms Parma

Yield: 30 Servings

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

1 lb Mushrooms, medium
1/2 c Parmesan; grated
1/4 c Margarine
1 tb Scallions; chopped

Remove stems from mushrooms and chop. Combine stems with Parmesan
Cheese and melted margarine and onions. Fill mushroom caps with
cheese mixture. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
