Tex-mex Crispix Mix
Yield: 10 Cups
Ingredients and directions for this recipe
3 tb Dry taco seasoning mix
2 ts Crushed red peppers
2 ts Dry coriander
2 ts Garlic powder
8 c Crispix
1 c Corn chips
1 c Durkee french fried onions
3 tb Oil
Combine taco seasoning mix and spices. Set aside. In a 2 gallon
storage bag, combine crispix, corn chips and onions. Pour oil over
cereal mixture, tossing gently to toss. Add taco seasoning mix to
bag, tossing gently until cereal mixture is coated. Store in
airtight container. Per 1/2 cup serving: 100 calories, 4 grams fat.
